Requests
The Requests Screen is used to add and manage Pick-Up Requests within the Dispatch System. Through this screen, users can create new pick-up requests and assign them to couriers to collect shipments from clients.
You can access this screen through:
Sidebar → Requests → New Request
New Request Screen
The New Request screen is used to register new pick-up requests in the system so they can be assigned to couriers.
The user fills in the required information, with the option to add additional details if needed,
and then clicks Save to confirm and record the request in the system.
